Need some Joomla help to get site done, should be quick for someone experienced!

Have a Joomla site that's already overdue, need someone to complete the list of tasks today:
- Add video to slider
- Change logo to a PNG file
- Create 2 subpages (I did the articles but its not working) and setup layout (ill add content)
- Change a section on homepage to be a slider
- Change footer area, quick simple fix.
This shouldn't take more than 1-2 hours for someone whos already experienced. Looking to have someone get this done for me so I can give them more work. Budget is around $13
