I had a freelancer create and design a Joomla 1.5 website for me and integrate with the following Real Estate component

The website is almost finished and unfortunately the freelancer who started this project is not replying to my emails and i have been waiting a long time for a response. I understand a CSS developer is needed to make a few small changes to the template and to edit the look and feel of the component.
There are a few finishing touches and improvement that need to be made. Please see the attached file which contains my website and the project in more detail.
I would prefer a freelancer who is available on MSN or SKYPE to discuss the progress and keep in contact while the work is being carried out.
