Telerik Platform/Cordova app - Port to WindowsPhone

Got an application here written for iOS and Android using Telerik platform or Cordova however you'd like to call it.
The way the app works is gets the data from the online server on the first run and saves in to the local WebSQL database to then serve it from the device to make it available offline and then serves it to the front end using KendoUI MVVM.
Problem we're having here now is that WebSQL is not supported on WP platform so new data source would be required.
