Add elements to Konva JS canvas

I need the following to be added to my already made Konva JS ([url removed, login to view]) canvas code.

1) Wrap each image that is created inside a <div class="cd-item"> tag.

2) Add ClassName to each image file.

3) Be able to help me out with other modifications/additions as needed (if needed after the above is implemented).
