I am looking for a skilled programmer to convert PSD to hand coded valid HTML and CSS
This small project will require 2 interior pages to be coded, 1 simple text/html, the other a simple 4 field contact form. I will do the programming to process the form.
On top of being experienced, I am looking for someone with excellent English communication skills, along with being able to meet deadlines and commitments. (I don't tolerate excuses why things aren't done)
