Develop a multiple land radar simulation program (Eclipse RCP project with SWT) with Java. Program will have a GUI and will simulate multiple land radars on a Map (World Wind Java) such that user will place radars on the map with a several kilometers of distance between each other. In the simulation tracks will be generated with different speeds and varying continuous direction. Lifetime of track will be random. Simulator will generate some plots (single point detections) as noise. One of the main requirements of this project is to detect the same target which is sensed as a track by radars if the target is within line of sight of more than one radar. Track generation should be realistic such that the sensed location of the target will have some error compatible with radar error behavior. Second phase of the project is to develop an algorithm to fuse radar tracks such that the algorithm should successfully decide which tracks are common in several radar tracks and algorithm should generate a fused track list on runtime with new track IDs. Coordinate system will ve WGS84 (World Wind Java provides this).
