I'm looking for a highly skilled technical trainer to facilitate an advanced training program focused on Software Testing within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework. This program is designed to run for 3 months, aiming to provide comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to participants already versed in basic and intermediate concepts of software development and testing.
**Requirements:**
- In-depth knowledge and practical experience in Software Testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in SDLC models, with a strong emphasis on software quality assurance.
- Ability to develop and deliver both theoretical and practical components of the training.
- Capability to craft course materials tailored for an advanced audience, including real-world case studies and testing scenarios.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
**Ideal Skills and Experience:**
- Professional experience in Java programming and Database Management.
- Previous experience in conducting training sessions for advanced-level participants.
- A track record of successfully implementing software testing projects.
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB Advanced Level) is a plus.
