SMS gateway cell phone to pc windows or linux in USA need2

needs help to set it up I have a similar system to twitter which needs the gateway to send and receive messages,

you will need to tell me what cell phone I need what linux version you have done this before

only if you have done this before you can bid. I need someone that have done and also referral to certify that this was done before I need model of cell phone pc can be dedicated to you so you can remotely access it linux or windows as well cell phone with text messages and data cable.

I will need model of cell phone needed / service provider ATT metropcs verizon / information of server needed I will provide hardware

we will finish the test when I can send and receive text messages from my software done in php

We are developers

1. sending sms to a phone number

2. receiving sms from a phone number

API to communicate from my software.

while using a pc internet and cellphone attached, inside the USA.

please provide your own recommendation of a gateway, which means you're already experienced and have done this and will be able to make this small integration work.

(i have my own server, all required ports/services will be available if needed, http:apache,php. mail:postfix.
