Flash Gallery Conversion

I need the attached gallery to be resized to 803 pixels wide and I the images uploaded. The original gallery was white but the new gallery is the darker black. I also need to be able to edit it in xml. If it is possible to convert this to a javascript gallery that I can edit easily that would be great because iphones can't view flash. If not, Flash is fine for now. I need this done asap. Must be expert.
I need two quotes:
Quote 1: fix current swf file and make it editable.
Quote 2: for javascript conversion.
