Development of an App for IOS and Android in IONIC

The International Breathwork Foundation, a non-profit organization, wants to publish a simple app to help people breathing better. This app will be free for all users.
The App should run on all IOS devices and on all Android devices (all phones, tablets, iPads).
App should be developed in Ionic framework.
We are looking for experienced developers only.
FUNCTION AND DESIGN:
- Similar design as "RespiRelax+“ app (IOS) - with slight IBF specific modifications, like adding some moving background bubbles for visual interest.
- Background images should be changeable like in the "The Breathing app" (IOS) + several (rainbow spectrum…) color options as background
- 5 breathing choices in program settings: 1: Core Breath (Ratio 3:3), 2: Relaxing Breath (Ratio 6:4), 3: Energizing Breath (Ratio 4:6), 4: Balancing Breath (Ratio 5:5), 5: Choose the ratio yourself - the possibility of setting the ration as one likes.
- Default breathing time duration is 3 Minutes, with the possibility to set the time (duration) as one likes.
- Integration of 3-4 different background songs, which can be optionally added to the the breathing experience (default sound is „Silence“ - expect for the starting and ending sound).
- Integration of 4 optional sounds to signal start and end the breathing sessions (bell, gong, piano note, and another bell sound).
- Possibility to change the background music, if needed.
- Registration Form (optional for users) with:
Check box „I agree that IBF uses my anonymized data for scientific purposes“

REPORTING/ANALYSIS:
- For science purposes IBF would like to collect usage data - from volunteers who explicitly agreed - through the registration form - to participate in the scientific research by giving permission to use their anonymized data.
- IBF also wants to collect general anonymysed data, like how many users use the app today, total breath, etc.
TECHNICAL KEY REQUIREMENTS:
* App must support iOS 13.x and is compatible with older IOS versions
* App must support Android 10 and is compatible with older Android versions
* Make sure that Apple will not reject the app for any reason, e.g. like not scaling up well for an iPad
* Make sure that Android will not reject the app for any reason
* Access to code - Once the app is finished IBF must be able to access the source code, in order to guarantee further development also in a few years, for example because your company maybe not exist anymore
* Make sure that your code is comprehensible
* Make sure that the update service Ionic Deploy is being used
