I was riding an Uber during peak time, and they charged me $48, had I left an hour earlier, it would have been $9.00. I thought while riding, for this price, I wish there were an application. I could pick the car I wanted instead of what a driver would accept. I thought I would love a ride in my old 1970 Chevy Chevelle. Works like Uber and Enterprise Rent a Car, but cars have to be Classics, Vintage, Antiques, or Unique. The Owner will decide the price, and the rider or renter will make the Booking. Car Categories will start at the good, better, best, and next rarity, style. The older the vehicle, the more the ride costs.
The more luxurious the car, the more expensive the ride. The owner, renter, or driver owner sets rates. They will have an option of charging by the trip, hour, day or event, etc. You can pick a car and driver for a trip. Drivers and Owners set their rates. The app is free to customers. I make my money on the app from a booking fee. The app will include disclaimers that protect me from liability from the consumer and the provider. It is a worldwide app for IOS and Android. The projected release date is April 2023. The App is with an application designer now. I can only go into so much detail because the application company and I signed an NDA. I will provide anyone with any additional information that I can legally disclose upon request.
I feel like my most prominent risk is I will have a more significant demand than I have suppliers. There are so many people with dreams of having and driving or riding in the vehicles from our past. The problem is most of us can not afford our auto dreams. My challenge will be piquing the interest of Classic, Antique, Vintage, and Unique Auto owners to want to show off their Pride and Joy in their work and be enthusiastic enough to share their dream reality with others while making money at the same time. Can you imagine someone's dream of driving or being driven around in a 1963 Lincoln Continental Convertible with suicide doors? I have a car I love to show it off, so I go to the local, regional, and national car shows. I pay an entry fee, park it, and let people ask questions. Or I could rent or be hired as a driver. Get asked the same questions while making a couple of hundred dollars simultaneously. It would be like a moving museum.
