Develop features in Flutter App

I am looking for a developer to add in-app purchases to my Flutter app. Specifically, I need the following features:
- In-App Purchases functionality
- Integration with a preferred payment gateway (I am open to suggestions, but would prefer Stripe)
- Firebase events tracking and remote config implementation
-Miscellaneous tasks - adding pop up, different localized versions of apps, making sure the apps promotion campign can run, uploading to app store, ad monetization, etc
Ideal skills and experience for this project include:
- Experience working with Flutter and in-app purchases
- Familiarity with integrating payment gateways, particularly Stripe
