Keywording for Microstock Business

We are looking for a person to do keywording for our stock footage content. The person will need to speak very good english and be very detail oriented. We will provide a link to a batch of video files (usually 50 per batch) and the person should be able to keyword those files on an excell template we will provide. That person should be able to create a Title, Description and a set of very relevant keywords based on ranking of the words(we can provide some online tools that will make that easy) but if the keywords are not relevant or the title of description is not precise, our files will be rejected for the agencies we use to sell them. The screen capture is an example of the video files. We pay $0.50 per file($25 per batch).
