Menu and poster designer

We are a pub looking for a new menu and a few poster templates.
We are looking for a new A4 menu design and some A2 or larger poster templates that can be changed by us going forward.
I have uploaded our attempt at the menu (Yorkshire Stingo) and some examples of what we would like it to look like. We would like the menu to be double sided with the back having information about our nightly specials.
As far as posters go we would just like a basic template we can change whenever we need.
We intend to print both the menu and posters on brown paper and want a simple design to suit.
I would like an outline around all of the items
