Job Summary

Hennessey Digital, a leading search engine optimization (SEO) and digital marketing agency in North

America, is seeking a highly organized, self-motivated person to join its team. The ideal candidate for this

role is a consummate team player who is self-driven, has a problem-solving mindset, and has at least 2

years of digital publishing.

We are a fully remote and highly collaborative team of digital marketing thought leaders located all over

the country. We provide white-glove service to our clients, and we’re looking for a thoughtful team

member who can ensure that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on strategy.

As a rapidly-growing company, it’s important that you have an entrepreneurial attitude, a mindset that

embraces change, and can manage and prioritize multiple concurrent projects. The ideal candidate will

possess excellent organizational and communication skills as a strong familiarity with project management

in a creative agency atmosphere.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

● Own the execution of content publishing from campaign concept through completion, including

product updates and revisions.

● Partner with team members to identify and define update requirements, scope and objectives

relating to content changes, product updates and promotion functionality.

● Modify image or text assets to respond to business needs and user-experience improvement

opportunities.

● Estimate, plan and organize tasks to keep deliverables on track.

● Report and follow-up on defects.

● Clearly communicate roadblocks and potential risks as necessary.

● Create mock-ups to support web development requests.

● Utilize test environment to thoroughly QA work and validate work for accuracy once in production.

● Create web pages from graphic source files as required.

● Assuring that code meets pre-established standards.

● Maintain process documentation and test scripts of key tasks to ensure continuous improvement

and efficiency.

● Lead content/functionality testing

● Implement SEO recommendations

Experience

● Minimum 2-3 years of experience of working in a similar role.

● Proficient with HTML, CSS and Javascript

● Appreciation for design aesthetics.

● Excellent written and oral communication skills

● Highly responsive and able to multitask and take initiative.

● Excellent attention to detail which is paramount.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

● Understanding of consumer website goals and objectives and business goals for each division

● Quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and web site launch procedures

● Technical experience with troubleshooting Web site errors and content issues

● Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical team members about site issues and

resolution

Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification

Bachelors in English or Communications
