Need help to shutdown current website in a way that displays a splash page thanking all of our previous customers. This splash page should appear anytime any traffic comes to the site from any search engine results or for anyone coming directly to the website. The website is hosted on Azure servers, so Azure experience is a must. This should be a very easy and straightforward project with minimal time involved. Also, I need someone very fluent in English and available for communication from 900am to 9pm central standard time. Therefore, someone located in the United States will probably work best.
