Build an Angular App

I would like a very simple and small app built in angular to be integrated into a larger app that I have. It is a very simple concept and the api is already constructed. Angular-UI-Router is used as a state provider. Lazyload and Angular Storage are also being used so they will be available for the apps consumption.
The user will have already logged in and be authorised. They will come to this app to play a small game from another portion of the main app.
They will select one of the categories from the available drop down list, click next and be taken to the next state.
At the top will be some text, a question or a phrase.
below will be an answer.
They will retrieve an unknown number of questions from the API. The data should page in the front end. You will make a call for a package sending their credentials and a category. Each answer they make will get posted back with the data required to add it into the database so the scores can be posted against each other. When they are complete they should be told how many items they finished.
They can then return to the selection screen and select another category.
Once the code is integrated with the rest of the software it will be complete. You will design it in a way we can easily add it to our existing project without cluttering it up. The routes, controllers etc will just be added into the current ng-app
This should be very simple no real design work needed.
