Front end Silverlight to HTML5 migration

Our application is used in several languages mainly in Europe.
We have a Silverlight application for Energy Management in Industry. We have to migrate it to HTML5, CSS, Javascript and applying responsive design approach to use it on smartphone.
Back end side is made with C# .NET (VS2013) and SQL.
Actually we need front end developer. It's better if you are also back end developer.
3 years of experience in Javascript is required.
Our dead line is 1st of February 2016.
If collaboration is good we may provide a studio close to our office for facilities. We wish to continue the collaboration after this dead line to implement new functionalities.
It will depend on the migration quality and collaboration efficiency.
About others skills : we wish to work with someone reliable, smart, efficient, with a very good communication and creativity, who is able to respect his own schedule based on our request.
Before to begin the collaboration we will ask you to build the first complete page with Menu, Tree and a workplace for a first chart or grid with interactivity with back end side (max 2 days to do).
