We need to be able to send a link/web app/drop-site to a customer via text message- from there they need to be able to open it and scan the VIN of their car upload some pics and fill out a basic questionnaire- from there the information will go to a website that will list the vehicles for sale in a blind auction format there will be two different interfaces for the listings one for the bidders and the other for the sellers. The bidders will be simple with a place to put the bid. The sellers side will have a few graphics and show the ending bids live.
