T-Shirt Graphic Designer -- On-Call

We're looking for a competent, creative designer who can take design ideas that we find on the internet and make them our own... which is usually for t-shirts and similar items that we sell in our online shop.
Most of the designs are Americana/patriotic in nature, so if that offends you or you don't understand what I mean by that, we shouldn't waste each other's time.
We're looking for someone who's available when we are (U.S. business hours) and can turn out complete projects in relatively quick time. The projects are typically pretty easy and can be completed somewhat quickly.
Typical work-flow:
I find a design I like ----> email it to designer with design instructions ----> designer completes hi-res, t-shirt ready design ----> designer sends it to me so I can use it
Some days we might have no designs. Some days we might find 5.
If this is something you can handle, please let us know what you would charge per design. We might pick a few people to test.
