T-shirt design with vector logo manipulation

Hi,
We do a small conference that we would like to have a t-shirt design made for. This will include creating/modifying 3 images with two different versions. One black and one white.
1. Text and our original logo with a design that makes it look cold, such as icicles on some of the letters.
2: A modification of a vector image with our logo

- Head of person in the picture should be replaced and with our logo (which is a moose head). For this we expect more advanced editing to make it look like it is the original image rather than the head just pasted on top of the image.
- 2 Dogs on side should be removed and image should be formatted appropriately
3: Same image as above with transparent text in body of person.
We are hoping for this to be a fairly quick task. We would like to have this hired and completed within about 1-2 days.
