School Logo Needs Remastered

Hello,
We are looking to have our school logo remastered. There are certain criteria that must be met below.
We need a new logo made that is in the vector format
We want the new logo to look very similar to the old logo but we want a professional graphic designer to make adjustments where necessary to turn it into a modern flat design logo
We need the logo to be transparent for the face and outside of the head. We want two color schemes one with the black and gold as it currently is, and one that can be overlaid on a black background.
Would like to be able to flip the image horizontally, so that the APACHES still reads correctly.
Person of interest needs to be US based and fluent in English, thanks!
