Redesign our website homepage

We would like our homepage redesigned so that it is more mobile friendly, and easier to navigate.
We provide training for doctors at different stages in their careers, and have many different resources to help - some are training courses, some are online learning, some are physical products such as books or cases cards.
We would like different products grouped together in the navigation, and also to have 4 columns on the main homepage, with a list of the relevant products within each of those 4 groups linking to the detailed product page.

We would also like a way to showcase testimonials from doctors that have attended in the past, and quicklinks to relevant articles from our blog at [login to view URL]
The page should be full width, be fully responsive, and incorporate a slider capable of handling images and video clips.
