I need an automated variable data template that accepts text and images for a sports club.

This template should be 3 pages long, roll folded to A4.

The front should be the club logo with the name and year. The back needs our motto. Only the date will need to be changeable from year to year.

When the first fold is opened, the inside cover and the page next to it (the inner page) need to share a linked image so it matches up seamlessly. On the left we need a area for overlaid text that will change each year.

When the last fold is opened the inside back needs to contain a photo of everyone in the club that year with the names in order underneath. On the revealed side of the inner page there needs to be a photo of just the team with each name underneath.

I need it so that the secretary that is not a graphic designer can operate it. So they will need to have written instructions with no more that 5 steps.

This is a bit complex, so please start your proposal with "soccer" just to show that you read this.
