Logo Designer for a NEW brand

We are looking for an efficient and creative graphic designer to help us develop a new brand.
The project consists in the following:
1. We will provide information about the new brand (name, description, type of products we produce, potential customers, etc.).
2. Upon his/her understanding on the information, the designer should be able to use his/her creativity to propose 10 different logo options.
3. We will then select one of the options to further developing, this means, the company will ask for adaptations of the selected logo, until we reach the final one, which will represent the brand.
4. Naturally, the company will own the design of the logo, so all files relating the logo should be sent to us upon completion.
Please, send a budget and time estimation for points 2 and 3.
