Help med edit an .eps file for company sign.

We have an .eps file with our logo that need to be edited in order to send for a company that produces horizontal signs for the office. The text LOCAL should have the rose symbol to the left of the text and in the same height as the text LOCAL. The text N Skeppsbron 5A Gävle should not be visible. This is a 5 min job for designer. Our logo LOCAL should fit the signs width/height of file IMG_6190.jpg. The file type should be .eps.
