Help maintain website Html only but site is created in PHP

Hi,
I need some help maintaining a simple html website for my customer.
At the moment the website is made in php but is only html no DB work required and uses php includes for website body/header/footer, there is about 5 pages onle. This job will be ongoing and changes are small. Client need various changes now and then for example adding and removing items from a front slider, adding and removing text or image content.
Because the changes for this site are small jobs I am happy to pay a minimum 1 hr in case tasks are too small.
