Graphics and design for training materail on Google Slides

I am a trainer for Agile & Scrum knowledge and I have a set of 200 slides on Google Slides which i use for a 2 day training. I have already applied some styling to it but as it has grown the theme is losing it's focus. I would like someone to
1. Introduce new theme/style and make adjustments to content to improve layout, readability and uniformity
2. Re-draw all the graphics and diagrams so they fit into the theme of the slides
3. General tidying up of slides

Please provide some info/examples of your past work that may help you convince me of your skillz
Successful candidate will most likely get continuous work as the slides evolve every couple of months and when new material needs to be added/illustrations drawn up.
