About the business:
I have a small equipment hire / rental business and rent out two types of equipment to customers for a fixed price per day. So far I have been advertising via Ebay and taking order directly. I have reserved a domain name and would like to create a website where customers can book the equipment for one or more days and pay via credit card (Paypal).
About the website:
The website can be kept very simple one pager. However, there are some things I want to ensure, such as:
1. Booking: customers need to be able to select Equipment 1 or Equipment 2 and get the availability. The website should be able to keep track of which equipment is available at certain date. (See excel attachment for specific data).
2. Location: Currently we only have one location. However, the function should be available to add extra locations in the future.
3. Structure: the website page should only have these buttons on it: 1)Select Location 2)Select Equipment type 3)Pick Up date and time 4) Drop off date and time 5)Contact Details (name, address, phone etc) 6)Accept out Terms and Conditions 7)User instruction video 8)Payment
4. Videos: I have to be able to add a video.
5. Mobile: The website should be mobile friendly as most customers primarily book via mobile.
6. Confirmation email: I should be able to draft confirmation emails to be sent out to customers after they have booked.
7. Theme: I want a simple but effective theme such as Google and ebay. Mostly white background and black buttons.
8. PayPal: Paypal will be used as payment solution for credit card payments
9. I am happy for you to use a Wordpress or any other type of template that would be suitable.
