Fix a password recovery error and link payp subscription

I need some changes to an existing website application .
It’s written in php and the user logic is running and working. The password recovery is failing and won’t send a recovery link. I would like this issue resolved and PayPal subscription added with 3 signup levels / options. It will require the user to be locked out of the application if membership is unpaid.
While the app is in php I would like to have it linked to a HTML website. The PayPal gate way may be shown on the HTML page.
