Fix, Add stuff and move my prestashop ready website (Read)

I have a website of prepaid cards/codes (gaming related) in prestashop, with integrated system to pagseguro (brazilian payment processor). The store is setted to send the code once the payment is concluded, automatically. The codes were previously and manually typed in database; Adress of website: [url removed, login to view]
1. The store is changing his domain (name change), this way, I need the hired man changes the logo, and migrate the data to new ftp and domain;
2. I need a new logo design. I have a base logo here, but I didnt like it, so we have to create it from zero.
3. Add captcha and SMS verification for register; The SMS must match from the origin IP. Example: If customer creates account from brazil, the sms must be sent for a +55 country code number. If the number is duplicated, do not allow registration. (This prevents frauds attempts)
3. The website must be available in: Portuguese - English - Spanish. Not needed to you speak 3 languages, I will type all needed. We will gonna need a IP redirecting: If ip is Brazilian or portuguese, the site will appear in Portuguese. If IP comes from Spanish speaking countries (all latin america, mexico, spain, etc) site will appear in spanish. Rest of the world: English.
4. Create a paypal, skrill, neteller API to payment system.
5. Create a Live chat option window;
To be more specific: The site is already CREATED and finished, what I need is the 5 things above.
