Double page Grazia spread for Ad prodesigns

We are looking to have a double page spread created using our own content (text and images) for the inside or a new brochure. I need to be able to edit this if required and I only have InDesign CS6 so its VERY important you take that into consideration, if I can't edit the file you send then its no good to me.
Though I do use PS CC and Illustrator CC. The sizes are 198 x 258mm Portrait so a little smaller than A4 and the key is to have them in the style of a double page spread in Grazia or Closer magazine;

We do actually require the whole magazine done 20pp but I need to find the right person / people hence this starter project.
Which is JUST for a double spread, so two facing pages. There will also be more work to follow as we have 5 beauty brands that require brochures and other artwork. I need to see similar previous work to choose you, and this needs to be 'completely' done within 48 hours, so including back and forth with changes etc.
So starting small could be big ongoing thing for the right person.
