We are looking for a creative individual to update/redesign billing templates in MS Word for upload to our time and billing software, CCH iFirm. There are two documents to be produced - an invoice (print and email versions) and a monthly past due statement (print and email versions).
The project involves the following:
1) Reviewing the existing templates and the iFirm online help page to understand how the template is designed and how the elements in the Word document are used by the iFirm software to populate the invoice and statement with relevant client information.
2) Redesigning the documents in Word to incorporate new logo and other design elements
3) To offer creative "improvements" to current design and images to strengthen the quality of the overall document.
4) After I have uploaded and tested the document, to make any changes necessary so that the new document is interacting correctly with iFirm.
