Changing a widescreen Powerpoint presentation into a DIN A4 InDesign document

I need to have widescreen Powerpoint presentations changed into DIN A4 InDesign documents. There are two presentations, one with 132 pages and one with 24 pages. There is an InDesign example page attached. I want to have all the text as text and all the pictures as PDFs - please do NOT include the pages as JPGs that can't be changed.
