Car price/value website with Edmunds Api

Please take a look at [login to view URL] I want you to create a similar website, but with a different design using their API. The main focus being on find the price of a new and used car. But should include all the data provided by the api.

You will have to modify it to fit the application.
This is as much instructions as you are going to get from me for now. As and when I see a demo however I may ask you to arrange/ organize content differently. I also ask you to place ads in certain areas after I see the design.
I am very busy, so I prefer a developer who doesn't need my constant supervision and can work independently without constantly asking me to do testing.
Important: The project is for a full website delivered fully tested and without any bugs. If you are one of those developers who submits incomplete/buggy work and says its complete and expects your clients to test it out and tell you whats not working. Than this is not the project for you.
Sticking to a deadline is very important, so along with your bid please specify exactly how long you need.
