The Website specifications are attached. PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING A BID!!!!
Please don’t bid for the project unless/until you have read the functional specification (attached). If you post a “I’m really excited to work on your project..” bid when clearly you haven’t actually read the functional specification, then I will automatically reject your bid.
Please don’t quote a number of days to build this site without first reading the functional specification and estimating the actual number of days you think it will take you to build the site.
Please include references, links or descriptions to applications you have built in the past, or your experience in development, in your bid.
If you win the bid, I will require you to agree the delivery deadlines for each core component, for the whole project, before work begins. Each delivery deadline for each core component will be set as a milestone in Freelancer.
I will NOT make any deposit/upfront payments.
All intellectual property, content and code will belong to me. You may NOT use, or re-use and of the code/ideas that you create for me.
I am a Search Engine Marketer and have worked in Digital Marketing for 10 years, so I will be reviewing work very seriously. This site needs to be SEO friendly , with a fast loading time, great mobile responsiveness and excellent Call To Actions. Also, your english needs to be good so that we can communicate effectively.
