Build 5 double Landing Pages

I wonna create 5 new landings, for five different keywords the keywords, all of them must be responsive.
For each landing I want 2 different versions, for start with the A B Test and choose the best one in term of conversions.
All of them must have the Thank you page, for let me monitor the conversions.
The communication will be based, instead on selling a product, on schedule an appointment with the sellers.
About this last point in the form I’d like to have also a calendar which will allow the user to schedule a possible appointment by himself (obviously should be an intelligent system, if the time slot of 2 hours, tomorrow for example, is already scheduled the calendar shouldn’t allow the user to choose that time slot)
