It's similar to a dating website except: it's a resource for bar owners/managers to find candidates for a bartending position. People looking for a bartending job go to become a member and post a profile listing their experience, pics, and other info . Bar managers will sign up, verify an email address, and will be able to look through the pool of candidates. The bar manager will be able to narrow the field by: city, state; availability; male, female, experience level, lottery experience, and other criteria to find as closest to a perfect match for what they're seeking as possible. Also, when the candidate lists their availability, there will be an option to be "on-call" , which means they are experienced and ready to bartend on short notice for any establishment. These services are free and the idea is to sell advertisements after traffic increases.
