Wordpress Theme And Shopping Cart with Login

Ok I have a website [login to view URL] and I want a black bakground with a nice header that is kinda smoky, take a look here [login to view URL] at the background, I want the header to look like that. And I want a logo for Vapel1fe but the header to say Vape For Life. A shopping cart is a necessity with a login where they can track their previous order and I can put in tracking and update the status of it, I would like the easiest to use shopping cart where I can add categories back end and then put the items in backend and then they show up front end. I can put the quanities I have and when they sell out until I update it, it will show out of stock. LOGIN is imperative with the shopping cart. Also I want the design to look good and not look real bad. I have had bad experiences on here with bad layouts. [login to view URL] this is a good layout with colors, and the menu, LOVE it, and love their shopping cart. It uses the same as most sites. Bigcommerce is what most of them use, but I dont want to pay a monthly fee for a shopping cart. I can install

any of those for free. Whether or not ill have to purchase something to make the feautre I want available is another story. I will also want to be able to GO BACK end and set up a mailing list for which people subscribe to and I can do a mass email. But there is a button or a form on the site where they put in their mailing address and when I add a new product or something it AUTOMATICALLY emails then or I can manually email them as well.
A live chat would be nice too, and when im offline it will say offline. But I Can open up the software or a webpage to show that im online to talk to people and I can assign other people or add people to login and be able to chat as well, like other support members.
I would like this done in 3-5 BUSINESS days!
UPDATE: I have already installed magneto basically you will need to do the template design essentially as stated and do a beautiful header. Template redisgn is going to be the majority of work
