You need to be familiar with:
- Creating content for dynamic sites.
- Responsive design
- Stuff like "call to action" and urgency
- Can follow instructions
- Works efficiently
- Is able to splice psd files.
We need to be able to give you examples and you duplicate, f.ex. we send you a banner or a website and you duplicate it.
You need to speak english fluently, and you must have a Paypal address as that is how we pay you. You will be working with our experienced programmer on a large-scale project we are working on.
You must work fast and precise, and dont need a lot of hand-holding.
You must provide previous work, and show REAL talent.
We do NOT like to hear from poor inexperienced designers who just needs to make a fast buck - this is a highly professional on-going project.
