Need Portal/Website built for consulting firm

I'm looking for an individual or company that could design and develop a professional and interactive website and portal. It should showcase available services and skills, and provide a private section where users can view invoices, services, and interact with our staff. The goal once the website is created is to market the website and drive traffic to it. If you have an expertise in this as well, there is potential to handle that portion as well. The portal is for an IT Services, System Administration and DevOps company. The website would need at least the following modules: - A live chat system. We plan to be able to provide instant answers and recruit potential new customers as well as respond quickly to existing ones. - An Invoicing system. Complete with documentation of products and services rendered - A customer login area where they can view documents associated with previous services. This would include operational runbooks etc. - Integration into a payment service. Ideally, there should be an easy way to integrate additional pages into the system, such as tying into status pages and other tools used to provide information to our customers. I'm looking for a company or individual who has created a solid website like this and has examples they can show where they not only implemented but also designed the concept. I am only interested in Elancers located in the US. The price range listed is not fixed and can vary based on how impressed I am by the skills highlighted in your examples.
