Building a Word Press Website from XML and PHP Feeds

I am looking for someone to build a word press website for us our of raw PHP and XML feeds. (these are NOT RSS FEEDS).
We have a Word Press Template and we have the raw XML and PHP Feeds. These feeds will have to be parsed through a SQL database and then configured on our site. This project is one of many and would need to be done in a reasonable time frame.
I don't need this done within 5 days and would like it done right. This site will be made up of feeds from other sites. You will need to parse the feeds and make sure they look uniformed and professional on the site.
Budget for this is $350.00. This project is one of many which will come from these feeds etc. The Milestone payment is one payment in full once it is 100% competed.
