Three background images for website needed.

We need 3 background images for a website.
The feeling must be asian , "zen" like. Simplistic. Like sketches made with a paint brush.
Please see the attached png files for mockups of general layout. Please note the red wording and arrows are just added to help explain items on the mockup, and are not to be included in the finish files. One image will be of a house, one of a hallway , and one of a room.
We need the images as layered psd or png files. So we can adjust as necessary, while creating the website. Items in the images must be vector or similar so we can adjust size and orientation as needs be.
Need to be prepared to make alterations until the 3 are approved, but we should not have many with mockups already created.
Start with the image [url removed, login to view] for the house. We should make sure the look of that is right, prior to starting the other two (hallway and room).
They want it to look like a sketches made with a paint brush.
Black for brush strokes.
Stroke of Red for Doors.
Black brush strokes for door handles (not circles)

Attached is [url removed, login to view], which shows width and texture of brush strokes.
Also attached to this post is the basic idea as far as to wear to place the brush strokes ([url removed, login to view]) for the house. Keep in mind, it only represents where to put the lines, not how.
Once the house is right, we can do the other two, to be sure and save time for the designer :)
