I'm making an online service that is going to convert user provided photos into custom avatars. For that I'm looking for a graphical designer to hire.
Process of the service: User uploads a photo and selects type of avatar -> you get notification -> you download the photo -> you make an avatar based on it -> you upload it to a website
The design of the avatars must follow World of Tanks MMO ([url removed, login to view]) tankmen icons (see examples attached).
Requirements:
1. Look and feel must be similar to the examples
2. Face on the avatar must be recognizable (compared to the photo)
3. Must be PNG with transparent background (just like the examples)
4. Three sizes: 158x118, 100x60, some larger size eg ~600x450
Reward depends on the number of photos you process into avatars.

2. Submit time that will take you to make 1 avatar
3. Submit your example work based on a photo of any celebrity and one of the attached examples
4. When you can start and how much time per day you can dedicate to the work
