Live Wallpaper App for Android

I am looking to get a live wallpaper made that goes along the ocean floor showing bright colourful coral reefs and colourful fish.

This live wallpaper MUST be at least the same quality as aniPet Aquarium Live Wallpaper - LINK: [login to view URL]?t=W10.

It must include all fish available in the aniPet Aquarium Live Wallpaper app plus Sea Turtles, Sea Horses, Dolphins, Sting Rays, Manta Rays, Whales and Sharks.

It must include bubbles coming up from the ground.

This Live Wallpaper app MUST be HD and will be advertised as so.

It must be compatible with Android Phones, Tablets and devices.

The options available to users must be:

Fish Speed (how fast they swim past)

Fish Selection (which fish they want to see swimming past)

Fish Size (how big fish show on screen)

The speed of the screen along the ocean floor

Day or night time choosing - and the option to show as the same time on phone or device.

Bubble density (how many bubbles on screen)

The option to touch fish and have them swim away quickly

It must have the ability to scroll side to side as in other apps when using your finger to go left or right on your device/phone. As in these examples:

So as it moves forward, it must be able to be scrolled left or right.

The project winner must be fluent in english and have good communication skills.

The project MUST be completed ready for me to upload to the android Google Play market.

This project will be completely owned by me with no connection to the project designer/builder.

All bugs must be fixed and it must run very smooth without taking up alot of the users battery power.

If this app is not designed and runs how I want it to, I will NOT be paying for it.

The developer must also supply banner graphics and screenshots to advertise the Live Wallpaper in the Google Play store. The dimensions can be found in the developers section through Google Play.

This will be a paid app with no advertising.
