Logo and Splash Screen Design

Hello there,
I'm after two designs:
1. A logo for our website
2. A 320x480 splash (start up) screen for iPhone (and a 1024x768 version for iPad)
The splash screens need to be similar yet different to the logo. Both representing the same branding.
I have no idea what the logo or brand needs to look like so please expect a few iterations and mockups before deciding on the final design.
The logo will need to represent the following:
- Yellow/Orange colour theme (summer colours)
- Some text (a must have)
- A bird (a must have)
- A fruit (a must have)
- A tree or cone (nice to have)
- Software or code (optional)
- A mobile device such as an iPhone (optional)
- A "cut" for example a cut fruit - (optional)
The design needs to be simple yet represent the list above and be of highest quality.
My budget for this project is around $75 US (~$100 NZ). Thanks for bidding.
Just a note that the logo shouldn't be plain 2D design. The designs need to be 3D like Mozilla Firefox logo or Google Chrome logo.
