Logo - Happy Catfish Designs

We are currently seeking a logo designer / illustrator to develop a logo for a new web design company named "Happy Catfish Designs".
The logo will include a hand-drawn graphic of a cute and happy catfish along with the words "Happy Catfish" and/or "Happy Catfish Designs". (Final verbage is to be determined.) The initial idea is that the catfish will have it's body facing left and its head facing forward and smiling--though other options will be considered.
Terms
- You must be willing to provide several different variations until we are fully satisfied with the logo.
- All logos must be custom-designed and any fish graphic used must also be custom.
- At least one sample design concept for this logo must accompany any bid. Bids without at least one sample concept will not be considered. (Please don't waste our time telling us you do not do "free" designs. If you don't want to provide a concept, just DON'T BID!)
- Logo development must be completed within four business days.
- 25% of the project amount will be paid when the vendor is selected (and after we have reviewed an initial concept.) The remaining 75% of the project amount will be escrowed and paid when the work is completed.
- Designer must sign a work-for-hire agreement before final payment is released.
