I need someone to modify the golang implementation of ethereum to propagate transactions from my origin only if it succeeds else it should discard. Eg: If I send 2eth to someone but my account only has 1eth the code should identify this and stop this transaction from ever reaching blockchain, this is to avoid the gas fees which I had to pay for failed transactions
