I need to set a fixed interval (delay) between each request.

For example second request send after 50 milliseconds.

"hey -c 1 -q $((1000/50)) -n 10 http://0.0.0.0:8000/" -> This will make request for every 50ms to url. 50 in cmd represents 50ms. Won't this work for your case ?
