Build Multiplayer Game (MUST READ)

We are looking to re-create this MahJong game in our own (American Style Mahjong). Its already there , we just need to re-create it ([login to view URL]).

This can will be played in multiplayer, so 4 players will play online against each other. This game is very popular here in USA so people pay for lessons or pay for people to teach how to play this game. So we want to re-create this game and offer courses to teach how this game will be played.

How it will work ? People who want to learn this game from us, they need to go in our website and pay a memberhsip fee. After they pay it, they will have access to the game and to join in COURSE which is available. If there are 3 players, he can join and start will begin.

When game begin, there will be 4 players (all from their houses) and there will be teacher (any from our team) that will teach these 4 players how to play the game. In this case, teacher is me or anyone in my team that will login like ADMIN.

Now each player will have their TILES/CARDS of the game that we will [login to view URL] user can see only their tiles. But ADMIN (WE) can see each player tiles, in this case we can explain to them which TILE/CARD to throw, what to keep, why to keep etc so generally we will teach them.

When USER A is turn to play, admin can see USER A tiles/cards and speak with him through voice. So we will explain, what to throw, why etc. After USER A finish his hand, then its USER B turn to throw and get tiles. Now ADMIN goes and see USER B tiles and talk with him what to throw. Then USER C , then USER D. So admin can see cards of the player who is playing and can chat with him.

So this is how will work. Based on this we need:

-Re-create that game

-Multiplayer to be played

-They can play from their house

-Admin can see their tiles

-Voice option for admin to talk with them
